By accessing or using the Lakshmi Digital Surveyors website ("Site") or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Lakshmi Digital Surveyors provides land surveying, mapping, drone survey, boundary, topographic, construction layout, and land subdivision services in India. Our office is at 8-4-370/360, Rajnagar, SRT Nagar, Borabanda, Hyderabad, Telangana 500018.

• You must be 18 years or older to submit enquiries through this Site.
• You agree to provide accurate, current information when filling out forms.
• You must not use the Site for unlawful purposes or to harm others.
• You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.

Submitting a quote request does not create a contract. A binding engagement is formed only after a written agreement, work order, or signed proposal between you and Lakshmi Digital Surveyors. All survey deliverables are subject to applicable Indian standards and the scope agreed in writing.

All content on this Site — text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is owned by or licensed to Lakshmi Digital Surveyors and protected under Indian intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., Google Maps, WhatsApp, social platforms). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party sites.

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Survey deliverables are governed separately by your service agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Lakshmi Digital Surveyors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data under the DPDP Act, 2023.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
